Hayward & Associates LLC provides unique expertise in the development of capital investment strategies, clinical program integration, operations redesign, and facility planning for healthcare organizations. Focused exclusively on pre-design planning, our multidisciplinary approach integrates strategic business planning, operations redesign, financial analysis, and equipment/technology planning with facility planning.

Experience

Founded by Cynthia Hayward, Hayward & Associates LLC brings senior-level healthcare expertise to every client engagement. Over the past 25 years, Ms. Hayward has assisted hundreds of healthcare organizations throughout the North America to economically and efficiently plan their capital investments. She works with other experienced professionals who provide unique perspectives, most with 10 to 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. 

Objectivity

We provide an objective assessment of our client’s facility needs, supported by a foundation of market, utilization, operations, and financial data. As a client of Hayward & Associates, you will work with senior-level principals who have a reputation for providing candid advice and objective recommendations. We focus exclusively on pre-design planning services and derive no benefit from recommending large building projects.
